Our Fees & Policies are designed to ensure the best care for your pet. We require a minimum of 24 hour notice for any cancelations or changes to existing services.
7 Days Notice: 20% of total price
48 Hours Notice: 50% of total price
24 Hours Notice: 100% of total price
48 Hours Notice: 20% of service price
24 Hours Notice: 50% of service price
Within 2 hours of service start: 100% of service price

Check-ins/Walks: $10/visit Fee
Overnights: $25/night Fee
New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve
Check-ins/Walks: $12/visit fee
Overnights: $30 holiday fee
At Paws & Pads, we take the care of your pet seriously. All pets must be up to date on their required vaccinations prior to scheduling services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that we deem to be a risk to the safety of our staff.
Pet owners must provide detailed pet instructions, veterinary care information, and emergency contacts prior to any pet care service. Although we do not anticipate emergencies occurring under our supervision, they do happen occasionally. Proper treatment information is greatly appreciated.
We require a minimum of a 24 hour cancellation policy so that our pet sitters and dog walkers can plan accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate any specific scheduling needs you may have. Our pet sitters and dog walkers are highly experienced and dedicated to providing the best care for your pet.
